Gourmet Style Stuffed Crust Veggie Pizza !





Ingredients :


Pre made pizza dough

1 pack of mozzarella sticks

1 8oz bag of Italian Mix Shredded Cheese

1 cup arugula

1/2 cup red onions

1/2 cup red pepper

1/2 cup green pepper

1/2 cup sliced olives

2 tablespoons pesto sauce (Mezzetta Basil Pesto)

2 tablespoons pizza sauce (MIDS Pizza Sauce)

2 tablespoons roasted tomatoes (Classico Bruschetta Basil & Tomato)

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

1/2 cup feta cheese

1 egg



Instructions:

Pre Heat Oven 500 Degrees

  1. Roll out pre made pizza dough (I tried pillsbury y'all and it was a fail for me lol but Publix saved the day with their pre-made and rolled out ready to bake dough . Im sure most groceries offer this and if not try pillsbury dough ! It might work for you )

  2. Spread out dough forming an even circle

  3. Cut Mozzarella sticks in half

  4. Slightly pulling the edge of the dough place the cut mozzarella stick and fold over the dough ; pinching the ends into the dough

  5. After the crust is stuff , crack the egg and egg wash the pinched ends to seal the mozzarella sticks in

  6. To the center of the pizza , add pesto sauce , pizza sauce and roasted tomatoes and spread out evenly

  7. Add toppings, red onions , olives , red and green pepper and sun dried tomatoes

  8. Cover toppings with Italian cheese mix

  9. Bake at 500 degrees pizza for 12 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted . 500 degrees is pretty much a broil so pleaseeeeee don't go too far from that oven

  10. Remove pizza from oven and sprinkle feta cheese and arugula

  11. Slice and Enjoy !
